Kachanh Waterfall

The Kachanh waterfall (or sometimes spelled Ka Chanh waterfall)  is one of the most popular waterfalls to visit around Banlung and a natural tourism site. The name comes from the nearby Kanchanh Village, where the ethnic minority of Kreung resides.

What to expect

The spot is suitable for a quick visit and a few photos as well as hanging out there for a whole afternoon. A restaurant right next to the waterfall provides you with inexpensive food and drinks that you can enjoy in little huts along the stream. Lay in a hammock, relax and listen to the water and nature. It is not very suitable to swim there though. Get a perfect picture and selfie with the waterfall in the background while walking over the suspension bridge.

Images of Kachanh Waterfall

The photos were taken right after the raining season, thus the stream holds a lot of water. During the rain water there is less water, but the water becomes more clear.
